I like to make plans and schedules for doing things like unfucking, exercising, and changing my diet. Then I follow the plan for a day or two or three. Then I get SO BUSY, pull all-nighters, let my room go to hell, and lose or forget whatever my plan was in the first place (it's the most stressful and important semester of my life right now). This is like, a weekly/bi-weekly cycle. Any tips on making rules for yourself and then actually following them?
Don’t attempt to do everything at once. It’s the “no marathons” rule. Aim for one or two small things (20/10s, for example) a day, and that habit will be much easier to build than an all-out lifestyle change.
