Unfuck Your Habitat

To reiterate: cats will re-pee anywhere they've peed before if they can still smell it: to get the smell completely out of the carpet mix 1C white vinegar, 1 tsp laundry detergent [w/o fragrance or dyes], and as much baking soda as necessary to make a paste-like mixture [you can add 1 TBS of hydrogen peroxide if you have white carpets/they are color-safe: the peroxide will bleach] and rub into carpet. Once dry- vacuum and repeat until the cat has no interest in smelling that area.
