Unfuck Your Habitat

It’s a minor unfucking, but one I have been putting off for AGES for no damn good reason. There is a spot in our living room in front of the door to our balcony that the cats decided was THE place to pee. (The catbox used to be near there.)

I had run out of Nature’s Miracle after cleaning the floor when we moved the catbox a few months ago, so for a while “But I don’t have any Nature’s Miracle” was my excuse. Then I bought some like 2 weeks ago and STILL didn’t spray the damn spot. UNTIL NOW! The spot is sprayed!

I’ma let it soak for like an hour then take a white towel to it. Nature’s Miracle is some great shit. When we moved the catbox, I was APPALLED at the spots and stains on the carpet around it. We’d had one of those plastic under catbox mats that’s supposed to be waterproof and is supposed to “catch the litter that gets tracked out”, and it apparently didn’t help At All. But spraying everything with Nature’s Miracle and letting it sit for a WHILE and then wiping it up (with white towels/rags, in a circular twisting motion starting from the outside of the stain working in) totally took care of the spots! Some of the really bad stains took two applications, but it ALL CAME OUT. I think our carpet being scotchguarded helped too.

And I was all “OOO, I can make an UnFuck Your Habitat post about it!” And so I have.
