Terrifying motivation for lazy people with messy homes

So I have this baby doll with a soft body and plastic head and hands. I've had this doll for almost 20 years, and her face has gotten dirty. I tried dishwashing detergent, washing machine detergent, bleach/water solution, and TSP cleaner, but nothing works. I know NOTHING about cleaning stuff, but it's almost like the plastic is stained but that can't happen. What should I try?

But really really lightly at first.
