So I’ve tackled my desk tonight, cleared everything off, wiped her down and I also picked up all the papers that were on the floor/desk/wherever and put them in a bin for sortage and shredding or recycling. I’ve got books stacked for putting on my teacher shelves in my closet. Next I need to tackel all the cables/tech stuff that just ends up being on the floor or wherever. I’ve made some major upgrades this year so where do I recycle stuff like old mice/keyboards/cables I no longer need/old cordless phones etc… Do I just can it and put it in the garbage or is there a place to recycle/sell/get rid of this stuff?
The EPA has good resources for recycling/donating electronic equipment (assuming you’re in the U.S.).
