monasequeda replied to your post: This may have already been said, but I didn’t see anything about it on the magic eraser tag so I figured I’d share. Magic eraser is the best way (and only way, that I know of) to get sharpie marks off your nice white countertop.

Good to know when certain students get into their teacher’s sharpies and decide to color on the white board. /not that that’s ever happened to me or anything *shifty eyes*

Alcohol/hand sanitizer will take Sharpie off of a white board in a pinch, too.

I’ve also seen people scribble over the permanent marker with whiteboard marker and then erase and it comes clean.

I’m going to have to share this with the teachers I know.

  6. pinkthatfuckingpink said: Also, just coloring over the sharpie with a dry erase marker will get it off a white board as well!
  7. zenbowtie said: if you color over a sharpie with a dry-erase marker, it makes the sharpie marks dry-erase too.
  8. mentalstaples said: I’ve heard that if you write over the sharpie with a whiteboard marker that it will come off when you use the eraser.
