Because there is “I need to do laundry”, and then there is “I still need to do my laundry”. And then there’s “I should have done laundry last week but this pile of clothes on the floor is really convenient…”
THE SITUATION
Unfortunately, I completely forgot to take a Before photo of the side off to the right there, due to the fact that I was like “it is not DIRTY laundry, it doesn’t count!”
No, it was just a massive pile of clean sweatshirts and stuff that’d been sitting there for six months because I needed to hang it up…
BUT NO LONGER!
EVERYTHING IS PUT AWAY!
EVERYTHING!!!
I am so glad I got that dresser at a yard sale recently so I actually have room to put away everything.
And there’s nothing hiding in the corner!
Just my laundry basket and the clothes in need of mending/stain removal. As it should be.
Next job is cleaning off that bureau surface, but right now Edgar (my Roomba) is hard at work and I have some writing to do.
