Unfuck Your Habitat

Terrifying motivation for lazy people with messy homes

Just a warning: Unfuck Your Habitat is habit forming. It is not good for laziness, mental blocks, and general apathy towards housework. It provides a feeling of accomplishment and badassery when finishing a 20/10, and the 20/10 increments make you feel as thought you can do anything (because it’s only 20 minutes and you can stop if you want to after!).

I used to be very apathetic towards house work. and then, two months ago,  UFYH happened to me. I read the blog and saw the progress people were making and some of the challenges. and then. I started making my bed. One habit, one change. and that was the gateway. and now I have formed other habits:

-clearing the bathroom counter

-picking up the dirty laundry, junk, and toys in the living room

-keeping the TV stand clean (smoked glass. 3 small children. you can see how this is a daily chore)

-doing the dishes everyday

Be careful, guys. This could happen to you. I’m already too far gone to turn back, but be warned. Unfuck Your Habitat is habit forming and dangerous to apathy. Proceed with caution.
