I fell off the wagon for a bit there - my schedule got busy and I didn't have the energy for work deadlines and unfucking, and then I lost the habit. But two days ago, as soon as I woke up, I made my bed, and so for two days in a row I got more done than I have done in a long time and it didn't take as long as I guessed. So if you fell off the wagon? MAKE YOUR BED. good things happen.

Ceepolk is one of my favorite success stories. Listen to her!
about the folks who moved into an apartment previously habited by smokers: I don't know if you can get this outside canada, but there's a powder I buy from home depot called TSP. Yes it is short for Trisodium phosphate. I'm sorry. but mask up and spray it on the walls, and prepared to go OH MY GOD LOOK AT THAT AUGH

Just please use caution! TSP is pretty hardcore. Ventilation, masks, gloves, preferably a professional’s guidance.
It's only been a couple few days but I have noticed that IF I make my bed as soon as I get out of it, I tend to do my maintenance unfucking (dishes while coffee brews, clothes in the laundry hamper) And work on one of my (many) cluttered areas. But if I don't make my bed, the rest is also unlikely to happen. MAKE YOUR BED!
