Most aspects of my life are so thoroughly fucked right now, including school, work, and the general messiness of my place. I have studying I'm behind on, deliverables for work I'm late with, and lots of cleaning to do. Worst of all, it's not even bad time management that's got me to this point. A couple of months ago, I had most of my life balanced, and then I got hit with some shit in my personal life that was beyond my control. How do you start unfucking when everything seems overwhelming?
Pick one thing. Spend 20 minutes on it. Take a break. Keep going. Prioritize. Don’t look at the big picture; focus on what you can affect that will calm you and make you feel like you’ve accomplished something. Know that you will get through this, and know that having some structure helps.
